Order Security

Order Cancellation

  • To cancel an order before it ships, use the "Contact Us" section on the website to submit a customer service ticket.
  • Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible once your order ships.

Return Policy

  • You have 30 days from receiving your order to return most items.
  • Items must be in new, unopened condition with the original packaging and sales receipt/packing slip to qualify for a full refund (minus original shipping costs).
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to furniture and special order items. Some special order items cannot be returned at all.
  • recommends using insured parcel post for returns, as they are not liable for lost or damaged packages during return shipment.
  • Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
  • Car seats, strollers, and travel systems cannot be returned once opened or used due to safety regulations. These items will then follow the manufacturer's warranty policy. We recommend carefully reviewing the product information and fit instructions before opening or using car seats and strollers.

What to Do if Your Order Arrives Incorrectly

  • Incorrect Item or Missing Parts: If you receive an incorrect item or find missing parts, contact our help desk immediately via the contact us form or at They'll arrange a free replacement for you. Replacements shipping may vary depending on availability.
  • Damaged Items After Accepting Delivery: If you discover damaged items after accepting the package, contact us right away. Act Quickly! Most carriers only allow claims within 48 hours of delivery.
    • If replacements aren't available, the carrier will pick up the damaged item, and we'll send you a new one.
    • Please return all products in their original packaging.
