Shipping Speeds
Most in-stock items that ship via ground transportation will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
Oversized items and most furniture typically take 5-10 business days to leave our warehouse via freight carrier.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on your shipping address but most shipments arrive within 3 to 8 business days.
Please note, that some items ship directly from the manufacturer and have additional transit times as noted on the item.

Furniture Delivery
Most furniture items require freight shipping due to their size. Freight shipping incurs a separate oversize fee and is not included in our free shipping offer.
Someone must be present to accept delivery of furniture shipments at the scheduled time. If you miss your scheduled appointment, you may be responsible for any redelivery fees.
Furniture deliveries are curbside only so make sure someone is able to lend a hand bringing those items inside.
Furniture Delivery and Damage Inspection
Inspect your furniture upon delivery. While the carrier is still present, thoroughly examine the packaging and furniture for any damages.
Do not refuse the shipment due to damage, as this voids your insurance/warranty.
Report damaged items immediately.
If the carrier is still there: Note the damage on the delivery receipt
If the carrier has left: Contact the carrier directly within 48 hours to report the situation.
File a damage claim with Ideal Baby & Kids.
Within 48 hours of delivery, report the damage to Ideal Baby & Kids at help@idealbaby.com.
Include the following information in your email:
Order number
Description of the packaging condition (opened, sealed, damaged, etc.)
Detailed description of the furniture damage
Photos of the damage (the more, the better)
Retain all packaging and furniture pieces.
Do not discard any shipping boxes, packaging materials, or damaged furniture pieces. The carrier may need these for inspection and potential return. Missing pieces or packaging can void your insurance claim.
Wait for instructions before returning furniture.
Do not return any damaged furniture without prior notification. We will provide instructions on the return process.
By following these steps, you'll ensure a smooth resolution for any damaged furniture you receive.

To cancel an order before it ships, use the "Contact Us" section on the website to submit a customer service ticket.
Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible once your order ships.
